Joomla vs Wordpress? ( ask for help )

This is a question that has been puzzling me for the last couple of days. I've done a lot of research and I can't make a decison.

I am going to make a tutorial website and I want to know which is the best to use?

I am looking for something I can customise and be easily made SEO friendly

What is your advice and why would you choose it?

Honestly, I do not know. I am still in the learning process with regards to SEO and whatnot. I would think that the best thing to do would be to combine Blogger, Wordpress and Joomla??? BTW, Wordpress has come up with a new policy about SEO...dated on 6-11-2009.

I use Joomla for my free ebook website and Wordpress for my two blogs. They serve different purposes. Joomla is really powerful and allowing you to customize your websites. It is not so easy to make the Joomla webpages' URL SE friendly. That's the only issue with Joomla I face.

If you are creating a blog where you can easily update and make the URL SE friendly, you had better choosed Wordpress.
