Help!Retrieve posts?

My wordpress blog was just suspended due to SEO promotion etc(no information from Wordpress or even reply to my questions etc as yet). They have a new policy effective on 6-11-2009 which prohibits usage of SEO, etc. My question is : "How do I retrieve ALL my posts?" . Another question is : "Is it possible to transfer your blog?How?". Thanks

Sounds a bit strange to me. Why are they prohibiting the use of SEO?

I honestly don't know what you can do to retrieve your posts if they have shut it down and closed your account. If you cannot get acces to it you cannot transfer it either.

Yeah, I worry also that you lost your posts. Why don't you try to contact the admin? Well, it's not usual but you have nothing to lose. Give it a try.

I have already done that. No response to date. I retrieved whatever I could by doing a Google search and copying the cached posts

I do not why they are prohibiting SEO. But, I do not recall doing anything to go against the terms and conditions. One minute, my blog was up and another, it was down. I contacted their admin to ask for explanation, etc but, no response to date. I found about the new policy through another source. That seems to be the only explanation.

BTW, I am referring to the free version of Wordpress...
