Ooooooook

My first Question would be , WHY MOVE FROM THUNDERBIRD?

Setting up a html signature is sort of complex in Outlook 2007, Seems Microsoft went 10 years backwards with this one.

The first step is to create a blank signature in Outlook 2007. Call it whatever

The second step is to create a html signature in Dreamweaver or  any other html program. Then copy and paste it into Outlook 2007. (New email). Then save the email as a html under the signature section in your documents and settings/users/application data/Microsoft as the name of the signature in step 1.

And there you go. There is a way to embed images into the email signature. Please note that outlook only embed jpg and not other formats. ( don't know y). To get this right after the 2 above step i went and added a image in the outlook signature section. It then adds it to the folder and resizes the image. Please note if it blows the image up, you can alter it in the ( new mail section in outlook 2007 ). Don't edit the html, cause it wont help you.

Then once again, once you have saved the html over your existing html file. All will be ready to rock.

Let me know if you get stuck.

WOW, thanks Snake.

Worked like a bomb. really thanks allot...

The reason i moved , was only because i have over 19 email accounts, and Thunderbird was timing out on random accounts. Then it started forgetting the passwords.

If anybody can help and test that out. Then i will be quick to move back. i unistalled, started a fresh new profile. but same result. It was running fine for 2 years, then all the bugs started crawling out.

i am a Linux fan and open software lover, but as for Outlook 2007, i am very very impressed. WOW there is really a difference in paid software to free software.

Thanks again snake Wink

Some days ago I was at the Inet and saw there a lot of things. Today I couldn't find any emails in my MS Outlook. I happened to get one tool, which settled my troubles effortlessly. Besides it should be useful for this proposition to my way of thinking - pst file restore outlook 2000 sb.
