Good , if you don't mind here are a few personal suggestions :
- New theme
- shorter header title
- a little bit more promotion on original site ( some banner or 125x125 add block , whatever )
- A lot more topic categories such as : suggestions , Introduce yourself , more detailed categories about each time of programming & whatsoever .
- Bigger avatar size , at least 100x100 ( this one is really small )

Otherwise , i like SMF and nice forum , Good luck and have a good day!
